Return & Exchange Policy
Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy

Erum Jamal is committed to providing the highest quality luxury pret, formal, and bridal wear, most of which is made-to-order or handcrafted for a perfect fit and finish. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return and exchange policy as outlined below:

Important: Do not accept the parcel if it arrives damaged, tampered with, or the seal is broken. Immediately contact us upon receipt.
  • Eligibility: Exchanges are considered only in exceptional cases such as manufacturing defects, incorrect item shipped. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be in its original unused condition, with all tags attached, original packaging intact, and accompanied by the invoice/order details.
  • No Return & No Exchange Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item meets the conditions stated above and is approved after inspection by our quality control team. Any item that does not meet these conditions is not eligible for return or exchange.
Section 2: Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our collections, we generally do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., proven manufacturing defect) and are at the sole discretion of Erum Jamal.

  • We do not support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Sale, custom, or personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card) within 2-4 weeks.
Section 3: Shipping
  • Delivery Time: Standard processing and delivery takes 6–8 weeks worldwide. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Return Shipping: If the error is ours (damaged/incorrect order), Erum Jamal will bear the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We track all shipments until delivery. However, once dispatched, delivery is subject to the courier's terms.

  • If your order is not received within 7-10 days after the estimated window, contact our customer service immediately.
  • Erum Jamal is not liable for delays or losses caused by courier services or customs. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes on international orders.
