Standard processing and delivery time is 6-8 Weeks for both domestic (Pakistan) and international orders. This timeframe includes production (as most items are made-to-order), quality checks, and dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times may vary during peak festive seasons (Eid, weddings). We use reliable courier services for shipping.

Erum Jamal strives to ensure all information on the website is accurate. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If your payment has been charged and the order is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.

Quoted prices do not include import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, or any administration charges for international deliveries. The customer is responsible for paying all such duties, taxes, and fees upon receipt of the shipment. We are not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs clearance.

For credit/debit card orders, shipping will only occur after full payment confirmation from the bank or payment gateway. This confirmation process may take additional time depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Pakistan orders (subject to verification, and partial advance may be required for high-value orders).
